Insurance

As a service to our patients, we accept all major PPO insurances and will bill insurance companies for the rendered services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation appointment so we can verify your orthodontic benefits. 

Financial Policy

Our objective is to give you excellent orthodontic treatment that is also reasonably affordable. The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the severity of your condition and the length of treatment for the problem. We discuss all treatment fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets and work hard to make orthodontics affordable!

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and offer no-interest monthly payment plans and a book-keeping courtesy for payments in full. Our financial coordinator will work with you to find the option that works best for you.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
